08/15/05 Issue Tracking Site Goes Live
DULLES, VIRGINIA (August 15, 2005): RAM Consulting Corporation announced that it has completed an upgrade to its online support service to provide better performance and an easier customer-focused url. The base URL for the new site is http://trackissues.net/. Access to the system is controlled by a username and password. You must have an account in the system to log support requests or initiate or check on the status of project tasks.
The site is hosted at a professional data center and is powered by the popular open source Issue-Tracker system.

01/14/04 Web-based Support Goes Online
RAM Consulting Corporation has implemented a Web-based product support site powered by Issue-Tracker. Customers log in to report bugs, make requests, or simply offer praise. When an issue is logged, all team members are automatically notified by email. As an issue is worked on, its event log offers valuable details about progress and status until it is resolved and closed.
A link to the support site is provided below. You must have a login account to access the system. The site can direct you to request an account, or you may simply email us at support@ram-corp.com with your email address and which products you are interested in.
