NAD CM Partners JV

RAM joined forces with Luster National, Inc. and Bayonet Forward, LLC in June 2009 to form NAD CM Partners JV, an 8(a) Joint Venture to pursue Construction Management (CM) opportunities with the US Army Corps of Engineers' North Atlantic Division (NAD). The Joint Venture is led by Ranjit Sahai, P.E. (President of RAM), John Lock (President of Bayonet Forward and former Commander at USCOE NAD) and Robert Luster (President of Luster National). The three principals of the Joint Venture have over a hundred years of combined experience in managing infrastructure projects.

 
RAM & Sabra Wang JV

The State Highway Administration (SHA) of the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) awarded the contract BCS 2006-16B titled Traffic Design Standards and Research Development Services, Statewide to RAM & Sabra Wang JV, the joint venture partnership between RAM Consulting Corporation and Sabra, Wang & Associates, Inc.

The contract with a four-year term was approved by the Maryland Transportation Professional Services Selection Board (TPSSB) on August 20, 2008. The SHA project manager for the contract is Daryoosh Mosleh, Team Leader of the Systems Engineering Team at the Traffic Engineering Design Division (TEDD) of the Office of Traffic and Safety (OOTS) in Hanover, Maryland.

The purpose of the contract is to assist TEDD with the development and implementation of traffic engineering standards and process automation tools. The traffic engineering expertise of Sabra, Wang & Associates, Inc. combined with the engineering information technology expertise of RAM Consulting Corporation offered a perfect mix of talent and capabilities to the State Highway Administration in its quest for process improvement in traffic engineering.
