RAM provided engineering inspection and evaluation services for two consecutive contracts for traffic sign structures and high mast light poles along I-95 from the Harbor Tunnel to the Delaware line for the MdTA. The project involved documenting inventory data on the structures and inspecting structures and rating each of its components.
